Business contacts we email

To run outreach for ourselves and for our clients, we process business contact details: name, job title, company, work email address and publicly available company information. We get this from B2B data providers and public sources such as company websites. We use it only to send relevant business emails and to record replies.

Our legal basis is legitimate interest in contacting businesses about services relevant to their role. Every email includes a way to opt out. If you opt out or ask us to delete your data, we add your address to a suppression list so you aren't contacted again, and we delete the rest.

Clients and website visitors

If you book a call, fill in one of our forms or become a client, we keep your contact details, our correspondence and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and accounting obligations. This site does not use advertising trackers.

Who we share data with

We use service providers to do this work, such as email, form, scheduling and payment tools and B2B data providers. They handle data on our behalf. We don't sell personal data.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process data outside the country where you live. Where required, we rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to our use of it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
